It was a magical moment that marked the beginning of their journey to this beautiful day. Patric proposed with a stunning Michaell Hill ring full of diamonds, sealing their commitment to each other.

On August 3rd, 2024, during the Australian winter, Patric and Luan envisioned an intimate and elegant elopement for their wedding day. While the official wedding will take place in Italy, they wanted a special moment to remember forever. They got ready together, sharing laughter and excitement, and then headed to The Rocks for their couple portrait photoshoot. This historic area of Sydney provided a timeless charm that highlighted their black-tie style. Patric looked dashing in a white dinner jacket, while Luan was stunning in a black velvet ensemble, reminiscent of Yin and Yang.

The ceremony took place at Blues Point in Sydney, a perfect spot for an intimate celebration with their two witnesses, Vivi and Amanda, who was also the ringgirl. Michel from Simple Ceremony officiated the wedding, adding a personal touch to the event. The winter sunny vibes added a touch of magic to the simple ceremony. As the blue bright winter light bathed the couple in a fashionable glow. Also, with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge in the background, the moment felt surreal.

After the ceremony, they headed to their home to host an al fresco cocktail party for their closest 50 friends. Their home, adorned with beautiful decor, was the perfect setting for an evening of mingling, laughter, and delicious Brazilian snacks catered by Linds Food. The evening was filled with love, joy, and heartfelt moments.

The highlight of the gathering was undoubtedly the cake baked by Sugar Mama Cakes Inside the elegantly decorated exterior was a rainbow surprise, a nod to the LGBTQI community and a celebration of their love. It was a sweet and meaningful touch that resonated with everyone present. They wore stylish outfits from YD. Australia, looking every bit the elegant and charming couple they are.

As their wedding photographer, capturing the essence of Patric and Luan's love was an incredible experience. Their chemistry and connection were palpable, making every shot a testament to their unique bond. It was also fun because Patric and I have an interesting connection. We both are from the same city in Brazil yet, we didn’t know each other back then, we met just here in Australia a couple of years ago through a friend. Well, I like to think It was written on the stars.
